Return & exchange policy
• You can return and exchange the product within 3 days of the delivery date, No returns or exchanges
will be accepted after 3 days.
• The products must be unused, unwashed and in the condition you received them. (Mandatory)
• The products must have all tags attached and be in the original packaging. (Mandatory
Otherwise, your product will not be eligible for return and exchange.

• Discount Product
• Custom or personalized orders
• Intimate apparel (such as underwear and swimwear) for hygiene reasons
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 01305549633 or
azzmirasaura@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you
with a return authorization and instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers
are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If
approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your
original method of payment within 3-7 Working days.
Exchange Process:

We will provide you with an exchange authorization and instructions on how and where to
send your package. If the new item is of higher value, the difference in cos tmust be paid before
the exchange is processed. If the new item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 24 hours at
01305549633 or azzmirasaura@gmail.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will
arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
